DEFINITIONS
 
Regulations – this document with all attachments that explicitly refer to it.
Portal – the website jobineuropeanunion.com located at the Internet address https://jobineuropeanunion.com, constituting an internet platform, which consists of a number of elements specific to websites and a complex of services provided electronically
User – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality who uses the Portal in any way;
Registered User – a User who has registered on the Portal and has his unique Password-protected Profile;
Portal editor – the entity managing and running the Portal – FIND GROUP LIMITED 590 Kingston Road, London, United Kingdom, SW20 8DN, who is also the owner of the Portal;
Author – the owner of the material or a person who has the unlimited right to forward such material to the Editorial Board for publication on the portal. By submitting material to the Editorial Board of the Portal, the Author confirms that he has read the Regulations of the Portal and accepts its provisions.
Material – information provided to be posted on the portal.
 
 
§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
 
The regulations apply to functioning and define the rules for using the website jobineuropeanunion.com.
The portal is informative and promotional.
Thus, every user who uses the portal declares that he has read these Regulations and accepts its provisions.
Portal editorial staff are responsible for matters related to the technical and security aspects of the portal.

§2. USER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

It is forbidden to use the Portal, its functionality in every plane for other purposes – contradictory or improper – than it results from the nature and object of the Portal. It is forbidden to place on the market items whose trade is prohibited by law, in particular those derived from crime

The use of the Portal is subject to restrictions arising from Polish law and generally accepted rules of conduct applicable to all Internet users, which are designed to protect their interests and those of third parties.

The editors of the portal have the right to make the provision of their services and the use of the Portal by the User conditional upon prior confirmation of the legality of the materials placed by him.
The User’s account and the delivered material may be removed from the Portal when the User undertakes actions to the detriment of the Portal’s Editors or violates the provisions of the Regulations, and in particular uses the Portal in a manner contrary to its purpose.
The user account and material may be removed from the Portal without giving reasons on the part of the Portal Editors, when the Portal Editors deem it necessary.
Deleting a User’s account and an announcement from the Portal is tantamount to termination of the agreement between the Portal’s Editors and the User.
The User bears full responsibility for using the Account.

§3. ADMINISTRATOR’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
 
The editors of the portal will make every effort to ensure that the information and data presented on the portal are current and consistent with the facts. Due to the fact that they are of a general nature, the editors of the portal are not responsible for any consequences of using this information by the User, with particular emphasis on decisions taken on their basis, especially in the field of finance and business management.
The editors of the portal will make every effort to ensure the proper operation of the portal.
The editors of the portal do not guarantee trouble-free and continuous access of Users to the portal and is not responsible for any damages resulting from these facts.
The editors of the portal reserve the right to interrupt the operation of the portal in order to perform maintenance or repair actions without prior notification to Users and without specifying the length of such interruptions.
The editors of the portal reserve the right to: edit, shorten or delete materials that are unlawful, vulgar, offensive or otherwise violate the principles of social coexistence.
The editors of the portal declare that the materials that make up the resources of the Portal are collected and edited with due diligence in order to ensure the reliability, timeliness and completeness of the prepared Portal, but these materials may not be subject to any liability of the Portal Editors. The editors of the portal are not responsible for the content transmitted and published by Users.
The editors of the portal are not responsible for the accuracy of the content published on the Portal, for any consequences of the User using the information obtained through it, and in particular for the User’s decisions based on the information published on the portal.
The editors of the portal do not bear any responsibility for damages resulting from providing incorrect or incomplete data by the User.
The Portal Editorial Board is not responsible for the actions of third parties, as well as for damages resulting from damage to the User’s computer hardware or data resources, during or in connection with the use of the resources of the Portal.
The editors of the portal are also not responsible for the consequences of third parties acquiring the User’s password.
The editors of the portal reserve the right to change, withdraw, suspend or discontinue any function or property of this Portal at any time without prior notice to Users.
The editors of the portal have the right without notifying Users to make changes to the content of the portal at any time, make modifications to it, and suspend or withdraw individual elements of it.
The portal editors reserve the right to:
removal of Material from the portal without prior notice, in the event of a breach by the Regulations or applicable law, decency, feelings, including religious, and the rights of third parties,
blocking the Registered User Profile and the Products and Materials posted by him in the event of a breach of the Portal Regulations or the law,
ceasing to provide the Portal service, after prior notification to Users on the Portal pages,
 

§4. COPYRIGHT
 
The copyrights to all content on the Portal belong to the Editors of the portal or entities with which it has concluded relevant agreements.
The copyrights and personal rights to the Works referred to in item 1 are protected by the Act of February 4, 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 2006, No. 90, item 631, as amended). as amended).

Any use, copying and dissemination of materials published on the portal requires the consent of the Portal’s Editors.

§5. PRIVACY POLICY
 
Information posted by natural persons may contain their personal data, provided that they consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of placing materials on the portal. This type of statement is in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data (vol. Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended).
The editors of the portal do not infringe the right to privacy and protection of personal data of Portal Users and apply the provisions of relevant acts, in particular the Act on the protection of personal data and the Act of 18.07.2002. on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
Users who use the tools available on the portal to post materials themselves decide to provide their personal data – contained in the content of the information to be placed on the portal, e.g. name, surname, name, telephone number, address. They are visible to all visitors to the portal and thus are not subject to the Privacy Policy.

§ 7. MODE AND METHOD OF COMPLAINING
 
Users and Registered Users have the right to lodge a complaint in matters related to its functioning.

The response to the complaint will be sent to the Portal Editors to the address provided by the User or Registered User in the complaint.
The editors of the portal reserve the right to extend the deadline specified in the point in the event that the complaint requires special messages or encounters obstacles for reasons beyond the control of the portal (equipment failures, internet network, etc.).
The editors of the portal stipulate that the consideration of complaints may require obtaining additional explanations from the User or Registered User. The time of providing explanations by the editors of the portal each time extends the period of consideration of the complaint.
If the complaint is accepted, the amount due to the User shall be paid to the bank account number indicated by the User within 14 days from the day of accepting the complaint.
If the complaint is partially accepted, the User will be reimbursed part of the fee for the Service included in the complaint.

§8. FINAL PROVISIONS
 
These Regulations constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded with the Registered User and are effective from the date of its publication on the Portal.
The information published on the portal will be deleted when it ceases to be valid, in particular, advertisements, invitations to events, exhibitions, etc., unless the Portal Editors decide otherwise.
The editors of the portal reserve the right to make changes to these Regulations. Any changes to the Regulations enter into force on the date indicated by the Portal Editors, not less than 7 days from the date they are available on the Portal. Orders placed before the date of entry into force of amendments to these Regulations are implemented on the basis of the provisions in force on the date of the order.
In matters not covered by the Regulations, generally applicable law shall apply.
