The processing of personal data by technology partners jobineuropeanunion.com takes place on the basis of a contract ensuring compliance of the processing conditions with the Regulation on the protection of personal data.

Personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission in accordance with art. 26 section 4 Directives.
The User may, at his own risk through the Platform, share his personal data with other Users, e.g. for the purpose of sending.

Time of processing personal data

Personal data will be processed until the consent to the processing of personal data is revoked, and after such cancellation, for the period of limitation of the claims of the data controller and against him.

Personal data is processed in an automated manner, including by profiling in order to match the content of the page to personal preferences and interests. Automated processing or profiling will not have any legal effect or significantly affect the user’s situation.

Users’ rights over their own personal data.

Each user has the right to:
Access to personal data concerning him, including obtaining a copy of personal data subject to processing. The right to obtain a copy must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
Correct and supplement data in the event of irregularities or outdatedness.

The administrator no longer needs personal data for the purposes of processing, but it is needed by the data subject to determine, assert or defend claims.
The data subject has lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 paragraph 1 to the processing – until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the administrator prevail over the grounds of objection of the data subject.
Data transfer – the data subject has the right to receive in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format personal data concerning him which he has provided to the administrator, and has the right to send this personal data to another administrator without any obstacles on the part of the administrator to whom they were provided personal data.
Not to be subject to automated decision making (including profiling).

The administrator provides information on actions taken without undue delay, within one month of receipt of the request. Due to important circumstances (e.g. the number of requests or the complexity of the application), the deadline may be extended by another 2 months. At the same time, within a month the Administrator will inform the data subject about the reasons for the delay and extension of the deadline.
The first copy of the list of personal data is provided free of charge, for subsequent copies a fee resulting from administrative costs of EUR 40 is charged.
If the requests of the data subject are manifestly unreasonable or excessive, in particular due to their constant nature, the administrator may charge a fee resulting from administrative costs of EUR 100, and in special cases refuse to take action.
The fees referred to above should be paid to the Administrator’s bank account given in the response to the notification. The administrator will take action after the payment is credited to the bank account.
A complaint to the supervisory authority may be lodged against a refusal to take action and a fee.
